Guideposts has been working all over the country for the last thirty years in the field of social care covering Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Dementia, Alzheimers and Domiciliary Home Care Support.

Guideposts provides a free, confidential Carer Support Service in North Warwickshire, Nuneaton, Bedworth and in the Rugby areas of Warwickshire county. The Carer Support Service is funded by the Adult Health and Community Service Department (formerly Social Services) of Warwickshire County Council. We provide information, help, advice and support for carers and professionals. We aim to:

• Support and empower carers
• Enrich carers lives and promote their well being
• Promote carers' rights
• Raise the profile of carers and carer issues
• Ensure that carers have a voice and are heard by decision makers
