Guideposts Carer Support Service is working with the local GP Surgery and Practice manager to help Carers In Rugby.
Sometime a person does not identify themselves as a Carer as it is the nature role that individaul plays within their family or close friend.
A Carer Support Worker Mollie Toye will bve in the waiting room giving out infornmation - we are here to help you in your caring role.
