What is Caring with Confidence?

if you are looking after a friend or relative Caring with confidence can help you to make a positive difference to your life and that of the person you care for:

Caring with confidence is aimed at improving the support of carers aged 18 and over in England . you can develop your caring Knowledge and skills by taking part in free local group session.

BRING AND SHARE LUNCH :

Carers and Ex Carers Bring and share lunch time social meeting .  Do come along, bring some food and share with the group while listerning to the Guest speaker.  This is a bit of "me time" from the caring role and catch up with new and old friends.

This venue has free parking at the side of the building  and on a good bus route.
