Emergency Card for Carers

Warwickshire County Council are in the process of changing the Emergency Card to the ICE Card.

Warwickshire County Council is launching its new Carers Emergency Card service in July 09.  replacing the exsiting service the new card will be automaticly link to an emergency plan which will give details what you want to happern in the event of an emergency such as illness or accident that leaves you suddenly unable to continue caring. The service is administrated and regularly updated by PHILLIS team who can offer help in putting together your emergency plan.
